How do i place an order?

Step 1 : Go to WFH Solutions in Step 2 : Under WFH Solutions Click Shop Now. Step 3 : Click on the product you want to purchase and Click on Add to Cart button. Step 4 : once product is added to cart click on View Cart and click on Proceed to checkout. Step 5 : Enter your billing details and address and then click on Place Order. Step 6 : Complete your payment and await confirmation. 

When will my order be delivered? 

We aim to ensure all are orders within 2 Weeks of order confirmation. Incase of any delays due to unforeseen events our team will keep you informed about the delay and an ETA for delivery. 

How do i Pay for my order? is there a COD option for payments? 

You can make the payment through Debit/Credit Card, Net banking or Wallets. Do remember that all orders will be processed for delivery only after successful confirmation of payment. 

What if i want to return my product? 

All our products are covered under warranty and the warranty terms. We will have the product replaced under the warranty.

What if i want to cancel my order? Will i get a refund? 

Yes, you cancel an order, However an order cancellation fee as per the payment gateway will be applicable. 

I received a wrong product. What do i do? 

You can intimate our team through our contact info mentioned below with 4 hours of receiving your order and our team will replace the order with the correct product as per availability.
